Zara is priced way too much against the quality of products offered. I had got a top and a jegings from zara both of them turned out to be a horrible experience for me as the top after 2nd wash faded it’s colour and lost it’s elasticity and the jeggings had burs on it.
When I informed the store about the same they told me that it can’t be exchanged as exhange is only valid on size.
Please don’t buy goods from Zara.
