Poor Service & Lost Money

I have placed an order for necklace on 9 Aug. I didn’t receive any email and when tried to track order on their website it was showing error.I tried to contact their customer care number given on website and the person gave me AWB of courier. When I checked it , it was showing delivered and it was not my product.I contacted them again and then new excuse was technical error. Next day again I messaged and they came up with new excuse, no shipping to my address.
