They were supposed to pick at 9:30 am. but I did not get any call from driver. When I called driver didn’t pick up the phone. Ultimately he picked up phone in 9:20 and told that his vehicle is broke down and asked me to make alternate arrangements. How can zcabs cheat people like this. It messed my whole day.
