I recently bought this item for the first time and it got burnt when I connected it to my pc for a couple of minutes. I was not allowed to return the item and was forced to settle for a replacement. When I plugged in the new speakers it seemed to work well and I thought it was a faulty product that I received the first time. I didn’t know that my satisfaction would be short lived. I left the speaker plugged in to get a cup of coffee and by the time I was back it was on fire, literally. It burned my keyboard, mouse and external dvd drive. The manufacturers/sellers should be ashamed of such a product! I had to buy a new set of accessories because of this incompetent and unworthy speakers! Absolutely disappointed!! Rating 1 star since I cannot give anything lesser.
