I want to inform you of the issue I have with Zebronics product, Customer call center and service center.
Firstly, the product has a known issue with its PCB, but unfortunately the company hasnt done anything to fix the product defect and neither is there any information on the internet to warn music lovers.
The jukebox stopped working within 6 months.
I had to chase the customer care for couple of days to get a ticket raised. The customer care number provided is non-responsive and if you get through, you will not manage to get through a customer care agent. They are also not proactive in Twitter or WhatsApp. The whole experience communicating with them is very frustrating.
Once the ticket is raised, its now your responsibility to chase the service center to send a technician to resolve the problem. Following up for parts availability and negotiating a earlier resolution date.
If the Zebronics management is reading this, please treat your customer with respect, make reliable products and provide a good customer experience. I hope you understand there are many products available in the market, and customers dont have to buy your product.
