I bought kashmir package for 2 couples for 44000 for which I paid 24000 to initiate booking process. However, due to flood issue they have asked me to cancel my trip for kashmir& choose other location. Since, I didn’t choose other location, I asked them to refund my booking amount.
What they informed me that they can’t refund my amount but this membership is valid for 1 year and you can utilize it within 1 year. After 1 year, if voucher is not utilized within 1 year, they will refund my whole booking amount.
I waited for whole 1 year and now when I am trying to call on their no.s, all contact no.s are either switched off or not reachable.
Infact their website& fb page is also not there.
