Hello to everybody.i am a new member to this wonderful forum and after reading so many reveiws by my counterparts I thought like giving my opinion about my internet connection which I took from zeenext broadband. I stay in chamarajpet, bangalore. I was looking for a internet connection for my house so that I could avoid myself going to sify internet cafe and paying heftily. one day I received a call from a tele marketing executive who explained all the features of zeenext broadband and the tariff and their round the clock service.i wanted to try it seriously and gave an appointment for the same
The next day the guy by the name mr.krishna arrived to my residence and collected relevant docs and cheque of inr.3500.i had rented a modem from them since I wanted to check their promises and speed. zeenext broadband comes with prepaid packages starting from 64kbps to 512 kbps.i opted for 256kbps with 1gb download.after two days the technicians came and installed the cables and everything in an professional manner. I was so impressed with the speed and customer service that I bought the modem after paying the difference amount. now its almost one year that I took the connection I proudly say that these people are the best in the business and service.till today there is no hitch or any sort of differences I have come across.
If I want to recharge my internet service i just call one guy mr.guruprasad who charges my internet over the phone itself.he sends his guy to collect the cheque the next day. wonderful service all over and their customer service department has been impressive with the problems being solved in no matter.if any body wants to have an internet connection at their home or office I suggest you to try zeenext broadband. I am on a package of 5gb usage for a price of inr 1121.you can come accross different packages.my package works for inr37 per day. the only thing which I expect them to be generous is the subscription expiry period extended to 45 days from the current one month.check with them for the access in your area.
