Zefo is an online platform where you can buy and sell various products but it is widely known for furniture. The concept of buying online furniture not that new but still it has a limited reach. Zefo too has a limited reach, they don’t offer delivery to all regions and is of no use to you until your city is marked in their list. It is great concept but what actually ruins the concept and reputation is the service and goods, which are of poor quality. Talking about their furniture, they take a whole lot of days to deliver and on top of that their furniture have a poor finishing. Instead, buying from a local store would be wiser because you can actually make sure that the product is in good quality and even can get them customized if you want, which you obviously can’t on zefo. Their product is not that bad but they lag so much in some aspects that it becomes unworthy. Also they need to fix their app which crashes most of the time and it is really annoying. They can do better but at present they are not up to the mark.
