They have the worst service and most unprofessional customer care executives. I tried to sell a washing machine. They could not pick it up on a time that was convenient for me so I had take leave and stay home. They didn’t come for the pickup and did not even have the courtesy to inform me about it. The pickup was rescheduled three times and they never came. I had to call them myself each time to find out that they will not be able to make it.
When I confronted the customer care executive about this, he spoke with a lot of arrogance and cancelled the request.
This whole experience has left me thoroughly frustrated as I have a spare washing machine lying at home now.
Never trust these guys and their useless unprofessional service
