Just like any other broker. Nothing special about these guys. Money suckers, bad service, bad response, and the list goes on. Don’t get stuck with them, you may have a better experience with other broker or without involving a broker.
They don’t tell you the process they follow, you will keep writing mails to them, keep calling them you don’t get response. The only response you get is regarding money. They pretend to be a standard company, which they are not.
