Do Not Rent apartments from Zenify

Worst service ever seen -


I shifted to a Flay from Zenify in ITI layout Bangalore. everything was fine until a guy comes to take your signature on agreement. He doesn’t know anything and moreover when I was trying to clear my doubts written in agreement he said I don’t know, call Zenify they will clear your doubts. After I asked him multiple times to call a senior or his boss he called someone and started talking in local language, & when I asked what your senior said sign the document I have many other places to go. Zenify will send a person who has no idea about what an agreement is and moreover a person should be comfortable with English to communicate. Somehow managed to clear my doubts and signed agreement.(We had some unfinished work and it was promised will be solved soon after moving in)


After all this when we contacted Zenify for issues they gave a number of Mr.Janardhanan(7022274881), when tried to contact multiple times no answer. I replied same thing to Zenify via mail. Later on Mr. Janardhanan replies to the mail saying we have already communicated with owner regarding your issues and will be solved soon. Till now no action has been taken.


Main things I want to highlight here is Its been 20 days since we shifted still:


-> we have only one key for main door and another one is not yet provided.


-> wardrobe keys are not provided(also there is a drawer which is already locked)


-> there is an unfinished switch board work and a cracked window.


Even After paying complete deposit and first month rent no one from zenify cares to listen and if you call their customer care they say only Mr. Janardhanan takes care of your building, they do not have any other point of contact for your issues. Now I an actually tired of contacting Zenify so thought of letting other people know so that they can have a peace of mind by not opting for Zenify.
