If there was an option of rating this piece of c*p negative, I would have absolutely done that spot on!
Guys, for the love of God, please do not rent or buy any apartments through RealtyKart. They are thirsty.blood thirsty for your all that smiling Gandhi papers in your wallet and your poor bank account.
I once had the unfortunate chance of renting an apartment from these buggers, which I shall never EVER forget in my life.
Right on day 1, my misery started. Most of the switches and taps were leaking. In spite of several calls, emails and messages to them, none of them showed any concern to look into in any of our matters. Pathetic!
After 9 months, we planned to vacate the apartment. Sadly, they charged us for all those broken switches and taps which were broken from Day 1, even after showing the sent emails as proof.
After arguing for almost a month before vacating, we ended up only 70% of our total deposit.
People, please DO NOT go these guys for any kind of service. They absolutely suck the living soul out of you.
