Poor Customer Support and Poor Management People

Very Poor customer support, they have only one Telephone number and one email id.


1) If you call on their help line number that will keep ringing but no one will pic in time.


2) If you send them email, don’t expect reply on time, keep sending reminder emails, reminder 1, reminder 2. 10, 11 and so on. finally frustrating you have to make them call.


3) Management or Manager will never come to in picture, they are always behind the front desk support. Never expect in your dream that you will get a chance to speak with them.


4) You won’t get any online information about your transactions/dues etc. Just keep asking them by email and pray to god for response.


5) Most important: Never believe them on their words, believe on what is in written document. if you rent agreement have 10% hike on rent. And sales people assure you that increase in rent will be negotiable, "Do not believe on them". Ask to write whatever they are saying in rent agreement. job of selling ends when you enter in to the flat.


6) Don’t expect any financial help on modification or repair work or incomplete work while entering in flat. Once you enter you have to keep following and nothing will happen, because of approval from owner, approval from manager, bala bala.


7) Most Important: Initially they keep rent same or low to get customer, later after 1 year, there rent will be more than current market rent and you left with no option to pay them higher rent because u don’t want to disturb setup.


Over all stay away from Zenify.
