Absolutely unprofessional behaviour from the staff of Realtykart. I came across an advt placed by Realtykart for the sale of a 2 bhk apt in Bangalore and called them up to enquire. The call was received by one Radhesh, a very curt and arrogant person, who said his team will revert back to me with details for my query.
Not having heard back from this person, I again tried to reach his number, as I am a genuine buyer looking to take things forward and finalise a deal if found conducive. This person did not have the courtesy to return my calls, and to add to it, I repeatedly got the line busy announcement after every first ring. However when I called from my alternate number he did respond, since that number of mine was unknown to him.
I finally told him that I just wanted to know a yes or no to the availability of the advertised flat, and was not calling to chat with any of these real estate agents.he has again given one of those hollow promises that he will revert, but am not too keen about interacting with this agency now. I am at present in touch with many realtors in Bangalore, but haven’t come across anyone as curt and arrogant as this.
To conclude my experience about this realty agency my impression falls to sub zero level, and I would never recommend their services to anyone known to me, nor would want to transact anything through this agency.
