Till the time you move-in to the flat, they will be in touch with you. Once you sign the agreement, pay the amount and move-in you will be finished. They are bunch of idiots who loot everything from you. They say everything will be fixed by the time you move in to the flat. Fakes everything and won’t provide any service. If there is any repair and you try to reach them, they ask you to mail everything in detail. Upon mailing also you won’t receive any service from them. Such a frauds, one wouldn’t have ever seen. Worst customer support both on phone and on twitter. I was promised all repairs will be done but they cheated me on everything. I have moved from Hyderabad to Bangalore and has trusted these idiots.
My kind suggestion to you is DON’T GO FOR ZENIFY! THEY ARE FRAUDS! NEVER TO BE TRUSTED
