Bad experience with Zephyrvisa

I made a biggest mistake by reading the online reviews & signing up with Zephyrvisa.

I must confess that my initial impression on them after speaking to Paramjeeth and Syed was good.Immediately after making the payment, i had to back off from my initial plan, due to unavoidable circumstances .We had not even started the stage 1 process.Before I decided to back off, there was just one call from them where in they had briefed me about the general immigration process, which is already there in the public domain. All the while Syed and Paramjeeth kept telling me that they are going to refund the amount and gave me the date for refund(Oct 25th 2016) as well.On the day, when they were supposed to refund, they are saying that they are going to refund only 25% of the amount, which means that they are charging 60000Rs for 1 call .For their legal team to communicate this, they took good 2.5 months.

A person’s true nature is revealed at times of the greatest adversity.If you get into some sort of trouble in the middle of immigration process, Zephyr is not going to help you.Their only aim seems to be making money at any cost.

Dear Gopal,Thank you for writing publiclyWe very well understand your concern but we gave the go through for the same, still you do not want to proceed. For instance if we did not give you any solution for your unavoidable circumstance then you can accuse Zephyrvisa of misguiding you. The unavoidable circumstance which you are in, we are sure you will get your immigration process through as in the past we have got one of our client a successful PR. Had it been we do not have experience then the situation is different.Moreover we have a service fee attached towards our consultation given. The consultation includes the entire set of documents required for the immigration process, the templates and after getting such vast information one can file their application on their own. Our service includes majorly documentation and the major things are already passed on. Its never so easy to file one’s application based on the public domain information. No client will pay for a service if it’s so easy for one to file their application on their own just by following online instructions, even you would not have paid to us if you could have followed the online instructions.Kindly let us know on what basis are you deciding that we have not given you any service? You do not want to take the matter forward after getting information and templates. No service comes for free and we are into immigration assistance, our service is not a tangible product and so you are feeling that we have not given you any service. Let us be clear we charge for even an email and calls because on every email and call we give out our valuable information, knowledge and experience. One cannot weigh our service as how they feel like.You have started the process with all your will, Zephyrvisa did not force you to take the service or sign the Client Relationship Letter. You have read it, understood and then signed the same.
