Worst logistics

Zepo has given us the worst experiences that a logistics company can offer… from delayed couriers to couriers which never got delivered. to couriers which were replaced very smartly on the way with zero value products… to couriers which were delivered at wrong addresses and never picked back… than there were cash on delivery couriers which were brought back without any delivery attempt as confirmed by the customer and we had to pay for the return as well… I would say it had made our life hell… not to mention the loss our brand image had to face due to poor logistics support from Zepo. The day we left them and had contract with other logistics partner, we feel so relaxed.


But yes, as a business model. zepo is excellent… why not… get cod couriers picked up. sit back on them and do nothing and then return them back saying that the customer has rejected them… and take twice the charges from the client… wow wt a good way to make money…


and when you talk of support… they are just terrible… u raise a ticket… and u get a reply… we are looking into it… next reply… the ticket will be closed if you don’t reply to this mail…


does anyone have an answer to this that a ticket will get closed without any solution but only if u don’t answer a mail… so u just need to keep replying to the mail every time they throw an automated mail or your ticket will get closed.on a whole the worst experience ever Of dealing with any service provider. And yes, for the whole term of contract they keep you confused whether you are working with zepo or shipyaari or AVN… zero coordination among them…I would suggest one and all to never fall for them… there are lots of other people who might not be as big as them but provide much much better service than them.
