Zepo seems to be fraud company. The support is useless they close the ticket without solving the issue. We have paid for 2 yrs website cost and now they are not refunding our COD amount. Our money is stuck , we are losing business as few customers want COD only. They don’t bother to reply. They will sweet talk at the time of entering agreement and then vanish. Everytime there is a new perosn listening to your issue. We are badly impacted because of them. I don’t think they have intentions of returning anyone’s money. We should file a case of fraud and cheat against them.
We have already lost lakhs of money in Facebook marketing with them as the expertise and support given by them was hopeless.
Have written innumerable mails to Nitin Purswani who is the owner of Zepo. Tried calling him but no response.
Let’s unite and file a case of cheat against these people. Disgusting people.
