Used to buy regularly from Zepto, in fact bought their zepto pass, as delivery was quick, but in the last 2 weeks they sold, expired items. The ID batter was twice expired and should not be given to the customer, rather destroyed. Once I complained and refund was given, other time, they missed an item and reported, which was refunded, and since we don’t check each and every items expiry while receiving, noticed this a bit late, next day. Also their chat agent takes a full 15-20 minutes and it is sickening to report frequently. I am done with them. There are better alternatives out there.
