They add the extra charges, either under the guise of delivery or surge charges or handling charges AFTER you end up on the payment page and click on the mode of payment, thereby confirming your order. Then later the extra, unwarranted charges are suddenly added to the final bill. At that time, you cannot cancel the order, as, they claim the order is already being packed.
Plus there is no option in the site to talk to a customer care department.
