Icr 508232 dated 24.6.17 eco conversion kit was installed by raghu employee code 9999. The unit was not working from that minute itself. It was a completely faulty new unit installed.
I called raghu, he sent sunil to take care of it next day. Sunil could not rectify the problem and replaced few components but of no use. I mentioned that I am not satisfied with the service and fault is not rectified.
I tried to contact raghu for next few days but of no use.
I called customer care on 29.6.17. Technician came and again changed a few more components(mind it, its a new kit installed 3 days back). The problem of water coming in and leaving outlet even after motor was switched off persisted. I mentioned the same on job card. After this no one from customer care tried to contact me to rectify the issue though I have mentioned about it in job card and I conveyed the same through sms.
I called again on 5.7.17, but no one turned up.
I called again on 10.7.17, now I asked for full refund of my money as I have been cheated by installing faulty unit. Now, I want you to take immediate action and refund my money as faulty unit was installed.
