Paid online for AMC and filter replacement. No one turned up to replace the filters. On top of it I regularly receive the following message. "You may be risking your family’s health . Service Contract of your ZeroB WaterPurifier has expired .Buy contract at https://bit.ly/3daFiab & get online discount." Inspite of paying for the AMC, I still get these messages, to add to my agony during Covid times. Very very poor service. Call centre is also not helpful and give very vague reply. Please think of other products
