I am very shocked with the pathetic service provided by ZeroB water purifier team. I have been trying for more than a month for my defective ZeroB water purification system but all my complaints are going in deaf ears. My purifier is giving lots of dirt and thread like particles, service engineer is saying it happens in 1 out of 100 pieces only..so what I am supposed to do? Should I agree that I am the unluckiest one and live with it?
I have made multiple complaints to the customer care but to no avail. They either dont record the complaint or automatically close it after some time. I have never given the smiley code with this request to anyone but still my complaint get closed. I have called/messaged service engineer and the areas service manager Navneet ji multiple times but of no use.
My latest complaint# 8221911791 was raised 3 days back still no visit or call from anyone. I am shocked with your service and dont know what I should do to repair my defective piece which is still in the warranty period.
Please take necessary steps to resolve my issue.
