Please do not buy any zeroB water purifier, they do not have after sales service, after 6 months of my purchase, the major part of the machine got spoiled, the machine had a warrant of 1 year, the service guys cooked up some story and charged us around 10, 000/-, I don’t understand what they mean by warranty and guarantee, again after 5 months the machine stopped working, after calling the customer are continuesly for a month and giving them warning that I will approach the consumer redressal forum, they have still not turned up, I had bought this product from gala store in VV Puram Bangalore, do not trust this brand, you will get conned
