I had bought a purifier about 2 years back and had once interacted with their service team for servicing of the purifier somewhere last year.
It took me some time to get an appointment. I didnt need their service anytime else.
But last month I was quite surprised to see their service with SMS complaint alerts and quick response from their team for a regular service - filter cleaning.
Im happy with their customer orientation. Now I can rate their service as good as their products.
