Please never think of buying a Zero B water softner. I invested more than a lakh on a Zero B water softner. It doesnt serve the purpose at all. Many instances salt get mixed with water or it doesnt soften the water at all. When ever I raise a complaint to service team, some idiot from service team comes and reset the water softner and goes out. Every time they will come and say it is all right you please use it. I would have called them at-least 6 times now. I regret investing my money on this brand. Please dont buy this product. You will never get a good service nor their product will serve your need.
