Unacceptable Service

I purchased it because of good presentation by sales representative and comparing it with other equivalant models of other companies, I found it appealing by design and technology. It was perfect match for my choice criteria.


Till now, It has performed as desired! No major problem as such, taste of water has maintained.


Product itself is good if quality of service is improved(rather I would say atleast reqular service is started!), I have bought it before 9 months, nobody came for preventive maintenance during this time unless and until I called them thrice before a couple of days when there was water leakage from the filter tank(I am sure they will visit themselves once the warranty is over, because it will bring in money for them). This is unacceptable in today’s competitive world.


These kind of products can be successful only with good quality of service, I guess the company would have put a lot of efforts in designing, producing and selling their products but all they need to put the same efforts in improving their quality of service also.
