Product is good, but their service is a nightmare! I dropped extending my AMC as they never turned up and missed service dates, I had to chase after them with calls to get the service I had already paid for! Now recently there was a fault in the machine and you can imagine my state, chasing them again. finally the part was changed at a cost of Rs 2250 on 19/05/2017 and it has developed a fault again for the same part in 2 months! Again chasing them for repairs and I demand that they must replace at their own cost as the part only worked for 2 months!  My service request is still open after 10 days. Complaint number: 3961701042 dated 17/7/2017 12:53pm.


Today it is 27/7/2017. No one has called or visited. How long will we boil water or buy mineral water while the Zero B service staff puts their act together.


Pathetic, total Zero customer service!
