I am using Zero B RO for the last over 5 years. Their maintenance contract is a sham. They promise 3 services but without reminder they would never come. Last year I entered into a contract with them on 16th October.
They gave 3 servicing the year, always after a few calls. When I offered to renew the contract in October 15, their service technician said that after the payment, 3 months has to elapse before the first service would be provided. It means that there would be a gap of 6 months between 2 services. This is nothing but cheating. I am thinking of donating this RO to someone and go for RO of some other company. This AMC is a big scam by water purifier companies. I understand that there is no system of AMC for HUL purifiers. Beware of Zero B!
