I have inquired and verified many Water Purifiers; when I decided(2 years back - 2013) to buy a water purifier for my home.
I didn’t get average feedback on any water purifier except Zero B product. Post sales services are very very bad and always lot of issues with the other brand water purifiers.
This is the feedback I got from my friends, colleagues and etc. Two of my colleagues are already using Zero B product since 3 years on-wards and they are very happy with Zero B water purifier.
Then, I have decided to buy Zero B product only. I have gone through the Zero B product and I have chosen the Zero B - Pristine Model for my house.
I have raised free demo request from the Zero B site and next day some guy called me and fixed the time for free demo. Finally, I have booked the Zero B - Pristine water purifier and fixed it. They have offered
4 free services in a year & 1 year Warranty. They have promptly serviced 4 times in a year and they have freely changed the damaged valve(spare part) with in first year. They have offered me AMC for 2nd year. But, I haven’t opted the AMC service; since they are charging huge amount for one year.
