I was in search of a domestic softener and found IONEXCHANGE company on the internet .I immediately called the dealer in Hyderabad, who is situated in Rivera Apartments, Panjagutta, Hyderabad and I told him I was interested to buy a softener. They came the same day to show me the brochure and were after me continuously calling me to buy in two days.
In two days I gave up and gave the cheque of Rs.3990 to Mr. Rao on 31st March as he said it was closing month and it would be better if I buy that day. The next day morning they delivered the machine.
After 10 days I don’t receive any call except from the Head office asking if I am satisfied, when I reported no one installed it.
From then I kept calling every day asking them to install and they say they will send the technician.First technician calls and tells me he will come at 6:30 PM, comes says the required material ti install is not available and leaves. He switches off his cell phone the next day. Next 2 days later I call the office at 10 AM, they tell me they will send another technician who gives me a missed call to me at 6 PM and never lifts the phone again Next day I call the office and they say they will call me back in 5 minutes, never call me. Next day I call them they send a technician who comes see’s there is power cut leaves even I request him to stay and fix it, but he leaves comes back does a job***, ******where all the outlet pipes and drain pipes and hanging loosely near the toilet area making my bathroom unusable. The main pipe they connect is also the toilet pipe.**
I wanted to send a photograph of the worst fix they have done in my bath room after 15 days of payment, but I emailed to the Head office if they will responds to my complaint.
**We have an other house where we wanted to install the whole house softener system, but we will have to search a new company or a new dealer. I have put my review in all the websites possible to help people like me not to suffer.**
**Such delears tell me they are the best here And I keep imagining if the Best is this…then how could your worst dealer be?**
