I have a Zero B sapphire for last 2 years. This is a RO water purifier. I have been calling the service centre for almost every week since I have this installed. The engineer never shows up on time and sometimes is late by a few days!
Over the past 2 years, the engineers have changed at least 3 times. They are so incompetent that they take 3 visits to understand what is wrong. The machine has had all sort of problems over the last 2 years. The electric parts have been changed several times over but keep failing every week!
Yes that is right, the parts fail every week. And the best part is that I hardly use the machine as it is quite obvious I would have died of thirst long back had I relied on this machine. An absolutely irresponsible company with a disastrous product.
Our entire society has changed to other companies like Eureka Forbes who are so much better. Not sure why I am continuing with the utterly incompetent firm. Guess I want to check how poor can a company get in delivering the service for such essential appliances. I would advise anyone going for a purifier from Zero B to buy 2 water purifiers.
One from Zero B so they can experience real world class pathetic service and other from another company so they have drinkable water at home.
