Product is ok or even we dont no. but their service is so poor that they have not even turned up for single free servicing during warranty period. After warranty they call up and ask for annual maintenance contract fee. thats how they are. really poor.
In fact, mine is second purchase, one was few years ago and that is working but there also same issue. since there is no repair we did not care. Other way around, how could we know this is despising purified water? this is big question.
