My experience with Zero B Service support is getting better. My Zero B purifier which had a problem has been attended to very Promptly. Earlier we had faced difficulty in logging complaints but now it has improved. This time they are accepting online complaints.
So I went to their site and registered a complaint and the support people go t in touch in that day itself and solved my problem within 2 days I had also bought an aMc package and may b that was the reason. I dont know why there r so many complaints about their service. I think one should go for the company service their response is good
