I went for the zero b eco ro few months back but it seems to be a good purifier. I haven’t tasted the zero b service quality as I didn’t have to use it. Though I see some comments on the service standards to be poor but nowadays, I have heard they respond faster when you put an online complaint as a friend of mine had experienced.
So go for online complaint on their site, they respond quite fast.
