I bought this product 4 years back for Rs. 20, 000, every year you need to shell out Rs.5K towards AMC. The problem is with the service, you get tired dealing with their unskilled service engineers. It is more than a month, I paid AMC charges, they are yet to resolve the issue.
They have a customer care number just to assure you that they have your complaint in open status, the complaint has been escalated and finally it is in top priority.
If you push them, they give local number and the local number gives another number which is not reachable.
