I happened to enroll with Zerodha for a trading account and finally when I am done with the formalities and all set to get started, I faced issues unable to do the fund transfer. I tried reaching out to customer support via call, mailed complaints@zerodha and even sent mail to the relationship contact assigned but none of them neither wanted to understand the issue nor offered to help. I am a techie myself and not that I request a lot of hand holding, I did try all the self help before even approaching them and they make you look stupid by giving me lame resolution. Finally I decided to move on, there is never a shortage of service providers. My recommendation to people is to refrain from such service providers.
