I am an old client of Zerodha. Almost since the days it started. I was happy until and year back when I found out that I can’t buy out of the money option beyond 2-3 strike price. They gave weird answer and asked to shift account with Orbis. They take the funds in a normal way like zerodha. everything else is same except the fund withdrawal. The balance shown is anything but not real. You have to fill up a form to withdraw funds and then you keep wondering what will happen. I am stuck for past 4 days. have balance over 6 lakhs but unable to get it back. Available margin shows it but I don’t know if I can withdraw or not because there is no way I can see that.
There are so many discount brokers now a days and they transfer funds same day. There was a trust issue because they are relatively new but now I have decided to move out. They are becoming a burden on the client.
