As on may 4 the application went on with errors did not trigger for buy and sale.
I was in the profit initially when the day ended it turned up to huge loss.
I had raised a ticked to support group stating that the sell was not triggering.
no body responded as it was high priority, they didn’t even state me that not to perform other sell/buy I made buy/sell for other price and I thought the trigger which didn’t happen will be cancelled.
But they exectued this around 2:30 pm and it turned up to me huge loss.
when I called to customer care they told me wait sir there is some issue wait for 10 minutes I waited for 2hrs and triggered the buy/sell for other price.
issue number was
"Your reply to support request #917168 has been received. We will get back to you shortly."
11:45 I raised a ticket and I got response at 5 PM.
that was the worst experience which occurred to huge loss.
Regarding brokerage its good compared to others they charge less.
