Hi,
I have opened an account with Zerodha and from day 1 I am facing issues with the account opening process.
Initially my account was opened with incorrect name, fathers name and address.
After continious followup it was corrected(almost 10 days) but again they made a mistake in fathers name which is still not corrected. I have almost dropped 10 emails to zerodha and have spoken to 4 customer care people but it is still not resolved and they are not even interested to do so.
Its almost a month now and no response from their side.
I recommend to go with some other broker and have peace in life otherwise you will waste your money with them.
