Worst Customer Support.
Zerodha can be considered good in terms of its and discount brokerage but when it comes to customer support it is the worst .All the sales representative have different things to say.
Account opening with the firm is a headache.Some of there representative does know both english and hindi properly and its like talking to the wall .
There promise of opening up of the account within 24to 48hours is also a fraud.This may take around a week.
Speaking of a blunder in customer support, even after my continous calls and complaints and threats that I would write about, i have not recieved a call back from them as if they dont care.
So to all the investors do prepare yourself for mental harrassment if you have select this as your brokerege firm.
