Earlier when it was launched it was one of the best broker firms but nowadays it keeps crashing. Sometimes I have faced lot of losses due to it’s bad UI. One day app got crashed as soon as my order got executed and I couldn’t remove my trade at my Stop loss Causing huge loss. On that day same thing happened with the other users also. But the CEO of the firm Mr. Kamath didn’t raised this issue in the AGM. They are just ignoring our losses and their app bugs. Now they are just targetting towards getting new customers rather than keeping satisfaction of the old customer.
