Hi everyone, I have suffered huge loss due to Zerodha’s application failure and it happened with a lot of people. Their application hangs intermittently at the peak market hours or during high volume trade hours . which may cause non-execution of your orders or covering up/squarring off/booking profit - which may lead to converting your profit to huge losses.
On top of that, on the days when these things take place, their support team remains unattainable or clueless / unwilling to help you. Be careful, and choose other brokers. Just avoid Zerodha. Risk is yours.
