During volatile days there platform breaks down you will not be able to place any order.
The end result is huge losses . I had bought nifty 5 lots in futures when market turned directions I tried to square of and it gave a weird error "Server not ready"
All there customer service number were busy and never got thru. finally after 3 hrs I got thru and guess what I heard "We have an issue and fixing it"
Well the fact is I lost money and who will compensate. This is not the first time for me.
Now looking for some legal action against them.
