Trading with Zerodha for over a year now, seeing a divergence in reviews, here is my take on them. In terms of Pricing, Service, Zconnect and for proactive initiatives in terms of constantly looking at changing and offering something new I give them 5 stars.
In terms of trading platform, 3 on 5, still a long way to go. Waiting in anticipation for their new platform that they are claiming will be out early next year. The mobile platform, also needs to be updated.
But after trading with so many brokerages in India, don’t think anyone comes even close to them.
