Very lazy customer service

I was looking to open my demat account and I chose zerodha as a broker since I had heard a lot about them, low brokerage with great tools to evaluate stocks for customers.


So I applied on their website and paid subscription fees now started the wait. They called me for kyc and I told them they can come and pick up the documents but they didn’t showed up on that day, I called them and enquired and they said the guy will come next day but he didn’t. And after 4-5 days the guy came and I gave him the required documents and photo which he lost somewhere and I got call from zerodha that I habe to submit the photo again with signature an they will send the guy to pick it up which took them another 5 days. Somehow this time there was no problem with documents but this is not the end again I waited for my account to open and they will share the userid and account details but no response. I mailed their sales representative multiple time but no reply.


After around 10 more days I escalated the issue and after that sales representative call me back and made an excuse that she was out of office for 10 days.


So it took them more than 1 month to open my account for which they took money on the very first day.


Disappointed with their support but currently comfortably trading on their platform
