Account creation: Customer support was very very helpful and hassle free!
Trading fee: I feel it is less
Trading experience: You need to transfer money from bank account to your Zerodha trading account that will appear at the end of the day but still you can trade! WOW! without knowing your balance you can trade! awesome! Everytime you transfer in incurs INR 9.
Need to change your password and security PIN every two weeks! every month 16 password, every year 16*12!
What a security!
Often available balance is displayed erratically! A couple of time happened to me! How come trading application can display wrong balance! So much of negligence on quality!
I don’t recommend Zerodha due to frequent password change, available balance not updated correctly and on time.
