First of all they are slower than the markets which makes all the difference. And above that, allocated funds shows too lately. Traders chooses a platform for getting fast executions. But whenever the market is too much volatile the platform fails to execute an order which makes loss of the traders. They have a learning platform where you can learn but for practical use their platform is way worse than other brokers out there. May be because they are new and are yet to get their shits together.
