Just in 2 months, I have bitter experience with Zerodha. Customer care support is worst ever I seen. Customer care executives are doing trading at office timing, so they are not picking up calls many times I tried, if luckily pick the call, they are very hurry drop the call, because they are doing trading.
There is no dedicate customer care. Mac system never support most of the applications of Zerodha, especially "Backoffice login". I struggled a lot. They suggest to buy new laptop/desktop, which is support their system. But same time other brokers platform working perfectly in my Mac systems.
And wonderful thing is that, invoice price you cant find anywhere, so you have to note down one piece of paper keep in pocket (This suggestion from Zerodhas great customer care executive)
