I am also an unfortunate member of Zest Breaks.My problem is as described below:I have am paying the Zest as EMI, autopayment from my Credit Card.While taking the membership, I had refered a friend, for whom I had made the payment through my Credit Card. This friend also had given his Credit Card number for making the rest of the payment through EMI.
But, Zest is not taking the money from his Credit Card, instead is taking the money from my Credit Card.I have made several complaints to Zest, but there is no proper response from them about clearing this issue. I had to, in the end, block my Credit Card, so that they do not take any payment from me.
I have recieved my membership card unlike lots of other people. Though I was genuinely interested in the product (as I was newly married), but not I feel my folly and want my money back.I am making complaints against this in almost all blogs.
The help that I need is that, I am planning to make a complaint to the Consumer Court against Zest.I need help for this: Is there anylink where I can make this complaint? Can anyone give me the address to for the Consumer Court? How will the response be regarding this?
